REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy for Wanderland Learning (“we,” “us,” or “our”), explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued and how learners can request them.


Students may request a refund if they cancel their enrollment before their first scheduled lesson. Refund requests must be submitted within the stated cancellation timeframe and before any instructional services have been provided. Once a lesson has taken place, that lesson is considered delivered and is non-refundable. This includes private lessons, group classes, and any instructional time already completed.


Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that no lessons have occurred during that time. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund. The following items are non-refundable: completed lessons, missed classes without proper notice, completed placement tests, accessed or downloaded digital learning materials, and any administrative or registration fees, if applicable.Students are required to cancel or reschedule lessons at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or missed lessons without notice are counted as used lessons and are not refundable. If a lesson is canceled by the school due to instructor availability or technical issues, students will be offered a rescheduled lesson, a lesson credit, or a refund for that specific lesson.


Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional situations such as medical emergencies or school-related technical issues. Supporting documentation may be requested.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND


To request a refund, students must email info@wanderlandlearning.com and include their full name, the email address used for registration, and the reason for the refund request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

 

POLICY UPDATES


This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued enrollment indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

 


This Refund Policy is written in clear, simple language and is available in English and Spanish. Accessible formats are available upon request for learners who need additional support.
